Sprayed On:

ArmorThane is sprayed directly onto your original truck bed. This way it forms a permanent airtight and watertight seal. This means no rusting.

Thickness:

ArmorThane is specified to be applied up to 1/4" so you know you are getting the thickest sprayed-on truck bedliner available. The thickness helps to protect your truck and your load by resisting tearing, scratching and wearing.  Our product and workmanship are #1 in the Sprayed Liner Industry.

Flexible:

ArmorThane will stand up to the hottest summer sun and yet remain flexible in the coldest, harshest winters. You can count on ArmorThane not to crack, warp, split or peel.

Slip Resistant:

Whether you are standing in your truck bed or hauling a load, you can count on ArmorThane to provide the slip resistance you need. The textured surface makes sure your load stays put and provides the traction you need even when wet.

Scratch Resistant:

Have a snowmobile? No problem for ArmorThane because it's made of solid polyurethane that resists scratches.

Chemical Resistant:

Wear Resistant:

Warranty:

ArmorThane liners come with a limited lifetime warranty. This will guard against workmanship defects, peeling and product breakdown for as long as you own your truck. Check with us for warranty details.

Colors

ArmorThane is available in almost any color. Your local dealer does all color mixing so you can be in control of what color you want. The pigment is added to the ArmorThane material before it is applied so you can be sure that the color is throughout your entire liner and not just on top. Here are a few suggestions if you are thinking about getting a colored ArmorThane liner:

White Truck Body:

Black always looks good, but if you want to spice things up try matching your interior color or some exterior pin striping or decals. Spraying a Royal Blue liner will really sharpen up the look of your white truck while maintaining that conservative look. Want to spice things up? We can spray it Hot Pink to attract all the attention you would ever need. ArmorThane truck bedliners come in hundreds of colors!

Black Truck Body:

Of course a black ArmorThane liner would be the obvious choice and usually the best one too, however, for those extravagant types - have a flame red liner sprayed and you'll be seen miles away.

Maroon, Green, Blue and Red Bodies:

Go black or match it. Either way it looks great!

Two-Tone Bodies:

Black will always work, but matching an ArmorThane liner to the darker paint scheme on your truck really sharpens the look. This is a great way to tastefully dress things up. .

Keep in mind that some light colors may require a UV Topcoat to protect them. Ask us for details.

Increases Resale Value:

ArmorThane sprayed-on bedliners increase the black book value of your truck. So when it comes time to sell your truck, not only will ArmorThane make it more attractive to a potential buyer, but you will also get more bucks for your truck.

No Loss of Cargo Space:

Because ArmorThane is sprayed on you don't lose any cargo space like you do with plastic drop-in or checker plate liners. In a full size truck you can still easily haul that 4'x8' piece of lumber or drywall.
